Is there any better way to end the year off than by treating yourself to an Orange River trip with some of your friends?

All our New Year trips start from our beautiful Amanzi Trails river camp, an oasis in the centre of the Richtersveld. Here, you can relax while overlooking the river and rugged Geelkrans cliffs. At the camp, you will find hot showers, flush toilets, sheltered lapas and green lawns. From the camp, you will be transported to the location where your Orange River adventure begins. Whether you spend 4 or 5 days on the river is up to you – as long as you have fun! Our team will supply delicious, hearty meals for duration of your trip to ensure that you have enough energy to complete the daily distances on the river.

And then, best of all, all our New Year trips end with a bang with a New Year’s Party at our base camp on the night of the 31st.
